This page explains how individuals can request deletion of their personal data and describes the principles governing B2B data services provided by Maruf Hossain IT.

User Data Deletion Instructions

Maruf Hossain IT respects your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you have interacted with us through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, our website, or another connected service and would like your personal data deleted, please follow these steps:

1. Email info@marufhossainit.fi.
2. Use “Data Deletion Request” as the subject.
3. Provide your name and the email address or telephone number connected to your request.
4. Specify which service you used, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or our website.
5. We may request additional information to verify your identity and protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal data unless retention is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, establish or defend legal claims, or fulfil another lawful purpose.

We aim to respond to verified requests within one month, as required by applicable data-protection law. If additional time is necessary because of the complexity or number of requests, we will inform you.

B2B Data Usage and Compliance Policy

Maruf Hossain IT aims to process and provide B2B data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable Finnish legislation, and other relevant data-protection requirements.

Business information relating only to a legal entity may not constitute personal data. However, information identifying an individual—such as a named employee’s business email address, direct telephone number or professional profile—may be personal data and must be processed lawfully.

Our Commitments

• We aim to obtain and process B2B data from lawful and appropriate sources.
• We process personal data only when an appropriate legal basis and purpose have been identified.
• We seek to maintain reasonable data accuracy and provide available information about relevant data sources.
• We apply appropriate organizational and technical safeguards to personal data.
• We respect applicable rights of individuals, including rights to access, correct, object to processing, restrict processing and request deletion.
• We do not conduct marketing campaigns on behalf of buyers unless this is separately agreed in writing.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

• Determine their own lawful basis before processing personal data.
• Follow GDPR, electronic-marketing rules and all other laws applicable in the recipient’s country.
• Provide required privacy information to individuals.
• Respect objections, opt-outs and suppression requests.
• Use the data only for agreed, specific and lawful purposes.
• Keep the data secure and restrict access to authorized personnel.
• Avoid selling, sharing or repurposing the data unless legally permitted and contractually authorized.
• Delete or update data when it is no longer accurate, necessary or lawful to retain.

Receiving B2B data does not automatically authorize a buyer to send marketing communications. Buyers must assess whether consent, legitimate interests or another legal basis is appropriate and whether separate electronic-marketing rules apply.

Compliance and Responsibility

The respective responsibilities of Maruf Hossain IT and each buyer depend on how each party determines the purposes and methods of processing. Each party remains responsible for meeting the legal obligations applicable to its own processing activities.

Contractual terms or disclaimers do not remove any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under GDPR or other applicable legislation.

Buyers should obtain independent legal advice when they are uncertain about using B2B data in a particular country or for a particular marketing activity.
