We aim to ensure customer satisfaction, but refunds are only granted under specific conditions. Please review our refund policy carefully:
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable if the delivered data does not meet the agreed criteria or contains significant inaccuracies.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Services
- Once the data is accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be processed unless quality issues are identified.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to refunds@marufhossainit.fi with details of your order and the issue encountered.
- If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be considered.
